Group Norming
As you can see, this is the most involved stage concerning group dynamics. It is a process of trust- and friendship-building, where members are getting to know each other and becoming more confident in their own abilities. You will probably see an increasing willingness to try new things and to take risks. Watching kids progress in such ways is, for me, by far the most satisfying part of this occupation. There are TONS of activities for groups in the "norming" stage.
